Let’s talk about SBS’ Roommate first! It was a kind of variety show from South Korea, which was broadcasted by SBS as their network. It has been released since May 4, 2014, until April 4, 2015. Previously, it also a part of SBS’ Good Sunday lineup as well. SBS’ Roommate has the first and second seasons for their show. Through the variety show, several K-Pop idol and K-Pop celebrity would be united as roommates, which was eleven celebrities living together in a ‘share house.’ The cast member in the first seasons consisted of Lee So-ra, Park Bom, Song Ga-Yeon, Jo Se-ho, Lee Dong-Wook, Nana, Hong Soo-Hyun, Park Chan-yeol, Park Min-woo, Seo Kang-Joon, and Shin Sung-woo. The first seasons also show the original share house concept, which also made the cast member share each of the space in the share house, such as kitchen, living room, bathroom, and sharing the household task. Meanwhile, in the second seasons, some of the previous cast members remained the same, but there was several new cast member such as Sunny, Park Joon-Hyung, Jackson, Lee Guk-Joo, Ryohei Otani, Bae Jong-ok, and Heo Young-Ji. The concept was slightly different since they weren’t only living together and sharing the house but also learn from each other cast members as well. SBS’ Roommates has received positive thought with enough rating. Moreover, it also has a unique concept, which also shows the reality of life from several K-Pop idols. Sadly, the reality show has ended in the second season, and it already confirmed that there would be no third seasons for SBS’ Roommates.
Seo Kang-joon and GOT7’s Jackson As Roommate
When Seo Kang-Joon and GOT7’s Jackson were united as roommates, unexpected yet hilarious things also happened between them! It also started with changing their room into a night club abruptly, by GOT’s Jackson has turned on upbeat music in the room! The lamp in their room is also flickering along with the rhythm of the music as well, which made Seo Kang-Joon was burst into laughter! Jackson also started dancing along with the music. Meanwhile, Seo Kang-Joon is only laying on his bed while paying attention to Jackson’s dancing moves. Then in the middle of the night, both of them were going to a restaurant together to get some meals instead of sleeping. Even though at first, Seo Kang-Joon said that he was tired, but he ended up accompanying Jackson to ate the food that he has been craving for samgyeopsal (pork belly)! Their interaction is becoming even more comfortable, even though it was their first-time hangout together as roommates. They were talking about each other’s schedules while cooking the samgyeopsal. Kang Seo-Joon also seemed to look slightly surprised by Jackson’s appetite and how well he eats. Not only that, but Jackson also revealed about Korean style of drinking beer and asking Seo Kang-Joon to did that together! Since Jackson was good at grilling meat, Seo Kang-Joon was asking about that. Confidently, Jackson has learned it from fencers on the Korean national team since they were taught him at that time. As time went by, both of Seo Kang-Joon and Jackson were involved in nice conversations and started to know each other even more!
Seo Kang-joon Reaction While Eating Lemon
There was also a funny moment from Seo Kang-Joo while he ate a lemon through SBS’ Roommate! At that time, he was gathering together with other cast members in a park. When they were talking about a certain food, then it leads them to ask Seo Kang-Joon to ate a lemon. His reaction right after eaten them was priceless! The cast members supposed to think that he would hate it, but Seo Kang-joon was fine with the lemon. He was chewing while revealed that the lemon was pretty delicious! Due to his unexpected reaction, it also leads the other cast members to feed herself with that lemon. And then all of them were ended up throw up because of the lemon! Well, Seo Kang-Joon seemed the only person who fell in love the most with the lemon!
Seo Kang-joon With KARA’s Youngji
The first encounter of Seo Kang-Joon and KARA’s Youngji in SBS’ Roommate was looking adorable yet slightly awkward. When KARA’s Youngji has arrived in the share house, Seo Kang-Joon was showing her the rooms. Meanwhile, KARA’s Youngji has given him an octopus frozen food made by her mother, and she was also looking amazed by the whole set of their house in SBS’ Roommate! Moreover, Seo Kang-Joon also acts like a brother towards Youngji through his small attention as well! Even though both of them sheepishly interact with each other, but it went pretty well. Seo Kang-Joon was also helping her to carry some of her luggage as well since it was quite a lot. The funny part was, Seo Kang-Joon indeed actually helping her to carry those things. Still, he also felt exhausted and abruptly went to the pantry to drinking water which also made his expressions was hilarious! Afterward, both of them were struggling to make their first dinner together, along with Girls’ Generation’s Sunny presence as well. They were cooking the octopus frozen food and making sauce for it. The first encounter of them might be looking happened awkwardly, but eventually, it went pretty well!
