Butterfly Sleep is a movie that was released simultaneously in the spring of 2018. Kim Jae-wook worked with Japanese actress Miho Nakamura. He took on the role of Chan-hae, a Korean student in his 20s who helps with Alzheimer’s disease. Kim Jae-wook also appeared in OCN’s drama Hand: The Guest that aired in September 2018. The drama is about a psychic, a priest, and a detective who fights crimes caused by bizarre forces in Korean society. This drama is known to be about exorcism and shamanism combined to ward off evil spirits. Choi Yoon-wook, played by Kim Jae-wook, is a self-respecting and unruffled exorcist, but he is always recognized as an exorcist because of his self-confidence. The other roles were played by Kim Dong-wook and Jung Eun-chae. Kim Jae-wook appeared in the 2019 Korean drama Her Private Life, which is a Korean drama adapted from a webtoon titled Noon Fat Dot Com by Kim Sung Yeon.
