BTS won the highest award (Daesang) for the digital song category on the first day at the 34th Golden Disc Awards (GDA), which were held on January 4th, 2020, at Gocheok Sky Dome, Seoul. Big Hit Entertainment’s founder and producer, Bang Si-hyuk, represented BTS who could not be present to give the acceptance speech.
